The Guaranty Building (also called the Prudential Building) was designed by Adler and Sullivan and opened in 1894. Although similar to their Wainwright Building in St Louis, the Guaranty Building is more refined in its details and is completely covered by architectural terra cotta whereas the Wainwright Building had masonry elements. The Guaranty Building is on the National Register #73001187, and also a National Historic Landmark.

The console on the recumbent bike...looks like an airplane instrument panel - a little. Today's morning workout...upped the resistance one level. Every little bit helps. Tired of being fat, but not tired of eating well! I cranked up the RPM's after this pic to 65 - 67...pausing to take a picture makes a difference! I really like my recumbent bike.
