Client: Bupa UK Healthcare (Nov 2008 – end May 2009)

Project details:

Contract Six Sigma Master Black Belt running end to end Lean Six Sigma process review of purchase to pay processes for all clinical providers. Ran DMAIC process to indentify opportunities, prioritised, sold in to senior management and executed at shop floor level. During implementation phase utilised internal Black / Green belt resources.

Results:

Generated implementation plans for multiple project rolls out and ran pilots to generate c. £10 mil savings pa and designed Lean Six Sigma control documentation methodology to integrate with existing Prince 2 governance systems.
