Background
3D Logistics is a Supply Chain Consultancy, formed in 1999, with the aim of providing specialist change skills in the supply chain arena.
The original concept was to provide support to the EU accession states of Eastern Europe during their migration to full EU membership, based on experience gained through working in the sector during the UK's transition years. Since these states became full members of both the Customs Union and the Single Market the focus has been on other areas.
However, the advent of the UK's departure from both these areas means that knowledge of transition and the implications are, once again, at the forefront of people minds. Brexit means massive changes to how everybody trades, and that knowledge is now very much required in the marketplace.
Assignments completed have covered a range of business challenges in several geographical areas. A list of examples is contained the projects page, while some detailed case studies are also available to provide a more in-depth view.
