I am not much familiar with a turboprop aircraft, but I think this is Saab340 operated by Northwest Airlink. This was captured at Lansing Airport, Michigan, with a film camera, around early 2000s. I believe that Northwest Airlink trade name is now phased out, and is replaced by "Delta Connection" at present days.
