Easy Crock Pot Baby Back Ribs

Baby back ribs -- usually figure 3-4 ribs per adult, 1-2 per child

Rib Seasoning

Salt & Pepper

Your Favorite BBQ Sauce

Cut the racks in half with kitchen scissors and season them up good with rib seasoning, salt & pepper – rub it all in really well. Stack them up in the crock pot – make sure the lid can fit on securely. Cook them on low for 6-8 hours. The meat will be falling off the bone when you take them out – be very gentle with them!  Take them to the preheated grill on medium heat. Squirt bbq sauce on them and then brush it in. Grill for about 5 minutes or until the sauce caramelizes and then flip and do the same on the other side. If you don’t want to use the grill, just put them on a baking sheet lined with foil and stick them under the broiler for around 5 minutes and then flip and do the same on the other side. Serve with extra bbq sauce.  Enjoy!
