The heat wave in the midwest US is predicted to move into my area within the next couple of days. Today the National Weather Service has issued an Excessive Heat Watch for heat index values of 100 to 110 in some locations. The worst will be tomorrow with temperatures in the mid 90s or more. Taken with a Canon 60mm USM Macro lens. Type L for a better view. Our Daily Challenge - Anticipation - 7/20/11
SB-600 Heating test
SB-600 Heating test
I did a heating test for Nikon SB-600. 1st pic is straight out from bag, 2nd after few 1/1 power hits, 3rd after 20 times with 1/1. 4th and 5th image is after 40 times with full power, note that back of SB-600 is not warming, it is only down side and flash tube. Also battery container starts warming up, but not really in significant way. Good Nikon quality, right?
