2 Micron Fuel Filter

2 micron fuel filter
    fuel filter
  • a filter in the fuel line that screens out dirt and rust particles from the fuel
  • A replaceable metal or plastic canister that prevents particulate matter and most contaminants in the fuel from reaching the engine.
  • A unit placed in a fuel line to remove dirt and rust picked up from the tank or service fittings.
    micron
  • Micron produced ice hockey equipment in the 1980s and were based in Canada.
  • A micron (micrometre) is the measurement used to express the diameter of a wool fibre. The lower microns are the finer fibres. Fibre diameter is the most important characteristic of wool in determining its greasy value.
  • a metric unit of length equal to one millionth of a meter
  • A unit of length equal to one millionth of a meter, used in many technological and scientific fields
    2
  • two: being one more than one; "he received two messages"
  • .2 Network (pronounced Dot-Two Network) is the name of an upcoming television network designed for digital television subchannels (hence the ".2") owned by Guardian Enterprise Group that will replace the GTN network on a date yet to be announced.
  • two: the cardinal number that is the sum of one and one or a numeral representing this number
2 micron fuel filter - Moeller Clear
Moeller Clear Site Water Separating Fuel Filter System Replacement Filter and Water Collecting Bowl
Moeller Clear Site Water Separating Fuel Filter System Replacement Filter and Water Collecting Bowl
The perfect solution for ethanol blended fuels. Ethanol mixes more easily with water than with gasoline, increasing fuel tank condensation, fuel separation, and octane imbalance. Moeller's Clear Siteā„¢ Filters help the process of water removal for better fuel system maintenance. Reusable water collecting bowl extends the life of the filter by draining collected water. Easy turn thumb screw provides a positive grip while draining bowl. For 2 and 4-cycle outboard engines only. High performance 3/8' NPR?ports. Not for use with diesel fuel. System includes filter head, hose barbs, fuel filter, and water collecting bowl.

Zamboni 545, the ultimate Ice Resurfacing Machine, DOHC and 4 wheel drive
Rarely seen in sunshine and such warm conditions complete with Canadian operator dressed in a Canadian Maple Leaf shirt. Engine: 2007 CARB/EPA certified Hyundai 2.0 liter, four cylinder dual overhead cam, liquid cooled, 78 HP. Powerful and efficient. Load sensing fuel governor enables true "hands-free" operation by driver. Transmission: Continuously variable hydrostatic pump and motor are axial-piston type. Provides superior on-ice power with maximum drawbar pull even at low speeds. Conveyor augers operate at full speed, even when slowing the vehicle for corners. Full hydro-dynamic braking. Drivetrain: Four wheel drive. Rugged Dana SpicerĀ® axles offer the industry's highest manufacturers approved capacities: Front 4300 lbs (1950 kg) Rear 6400 lbs (2903 kg) Full Floating Hydraulics: Powerful double-pump for the vertical and horizontal augers delivers strong conveyor performance. Hydraulic down pressure provides superior shaving results. Direct shaft driven "piggy-back" mount for trouble-free service. High quality 10 and 20 micron filters are easy to access. An ice resurfacer is a truck-like vehicle or smaller device used to clean and smooth the surface of an ice rink. The first ice resurfacer was developed by Frank Zamboni in 1949 in the city of Paramount, California. Frank J. Zamboni & Co. Inc. and other companies manufacture ice resurfacing machines. Zamboni (pronounced /z?m?bo?ni/) is a federally (U.S.) and internationally registered trademark, though the term is often used as a generic colloquialism for ice resurfacing vehicles.
VorMax fuel filtration system
VorMax fuel filtration system
The VorMax system consists of a filter manifold to which is mounted the VorMax filter section, as well as a standard spin-on fuel filter. The design of the VorMax filter generates a cyclonic action on the fuel as it enters. Within the chamber, an integral vortex plate concentrates the vortex effect. This results in a low pressure area that draws the fuel downward. As the fuel rotates, heavier water and particulate matter flow outward and down toward a counter-rotation vortex breaker positioned in the lower end of the chamber. As the fuel impacts against the vortex breaker, it initiates a momentary counter-rotational force, which causes contaminants to fall out and settle into the collection sump. The clean fuel remaining exits through a port in the manifold and is conducted into a secondary filter. The water and contaminants can be drained from the collection sump which is a clear thermoplastic, through a self-venting drain valve built into the bottom of the bowl. According to the manufacturer, Webb Company, the VorMax filter system can remove up to 97 percent of water and contaminates down to 10 microns from the fuel prior to its reaching the secondary filter, which is a standard spin-on filter. Because the fuel is clean coming out of the VorMax, the secondary filter can last as long as a year in normal service. For use in our SVO application we find that we get about 2 to 3 thousand miles before the flow restriction gage on the Vormax indicates that the spin on secondary filter is in need of a change-out.
