July 4, 2007 - NutriSystem plain pancake with sugar-free chocolate chips and sugar-free blueberry syrup. Somewhat high in carbs, so this will be just an occational treat, but it is so yummy! I made just one large pancake instead of two or three small ones. The mix has 120 calories, 1g fat, 30g carbs (12g fiber so 18g net carbs), 8g protein. I mixed it with water instead of milk and added an egg white for protein.

July 18, 2007 - Considering the huge number of carbs in this I was not impressed. Maybe it's because of the expiration date - it was grainy and stale and had very little chicken. Thankfully there was only one. 270 calories, 6g fat, 30g net carbs (after subtracting 3g fiber), and 20g protein. This is the last photo uploaded when I reached 55,000 views to my photostream.
