1 Med Onion Chopped
1-2 lbs Round Steak - slice in very thin strips
1/2 stick butter
1 small bag of shredded carrots
4 cups of cooked rice
salt and pepper
Soy Sauce individually
In a large pot
- Cook onions in little butter till tender, remove and reserve.
- In small amounts, Cook sliced Round Steak with a little butter and salt & pepper. Remove and reserve.
- Add bag of shredded carrots to reserved onion and steak.
- Cook 4 cups of rice.
- Combine everything back into the large pot and serve!
Soy sauce individually to taste.
