Come join the oldest cadet corps in Ottawa. Cadets are the largest federally sponsored youth program in Canada. It is a national program for young Canadians ages 12-18 who are interested in participating in a variety of challenging and rewarding activities, and learning more about the Canadian Forces.
We ask you to bring the following information
to properly process your application:
- Proof of Age (birth certificate with photo copy) 12-18years
- Wallet size photograph
- Health card (with photocopy)
- Primary and secondary emergency contact information
- A parent/guardian for child declaration
- Any Court Decree
- Application Forms
