And at 2-1/2 feet long and 1-1/4 inches in diameter, it provides the size and reach you need to get under work tables or in other tight spaces.
Washable 0.3-Micron Filter
At the heart of the DC515K's performance is a GORE HEPA wet/dry filter that's rated at 0.3 microns and traps 99.97 percent of dust particles. This capture rate helps to keep work sites looking their best and helps to keep the air you breathe cleaner and safer.
This washable filter is incredibly easy to clean. You can either tap the filter clean or rinse it clean with water--no big mess or complicated cleanup.

Lightvision's comments on a previous post prompted me to post this one. We had been in the tent for nearly 8 hours at this point due to the incessant rain that moved in on this afternoon. We emerged during a lull and tried shooting waterfalls and I tried my hand at chin-holding an umbrella while wiping filters and keeping my camera dry which sucked, so we retreated back to the tent. Around sunset, I peaked out and made a joke that there was a patch of gray that looked "pink-gray," but we figured there was NO way any light would get through. About ten minutes past, and something told me to look out the tent again. I peaked out and almost messed myself-the WHOLE sky was an amazing pink with color! I scrambled out of my sleeping bag, threw my rain clothes on and put my boots on barefoot and ran out in the rain-HOLY $#IT-there was a rainbow over the entire valley down below. I couldn't even go in one single direction. My legs moved toward the rainbow, my arms and camera toward the lake reflecting the pink sky, my body moved toward the creek running down into the valley below. I ran through the creek, set up for the rainbow, and by the time I started snapping, the rainbow was waning. I ran back to the lake and got 3 shots off before the color was gone. In a matter of five minutes, the light was gone and I was soaking wet in the rain with 5 shots, none of which I was thrilled with. This was the only shot I have from that night, and chasing rainbows became a recurring joke for the remainder of the trip. I can't wait til I get one-I'll freak out and cry like that guy on youtube...Storms Coming In...
Blended exposure to get the clouds going. I kinda like the oily surface created by the clouds reflecting in the very, very slippery green-gunk all over the concrete... -- ISO 100, 4sec, 8sec, 16sec @ f16, 17mm Canon 450D Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM -- Terrible, terrible weather - so I tried to make the most of it, got on Google and started looking for piers around Brisbane. Wynnum fitted the bill and there was plenty of inspirado on flickr. Arrived, set up the camera, looked down to fit the filters, looked up 'cos the wind had suddenly picked up, had to make a run for it back to (relatively) dry land as a huge ball of rain lashed it's way in over the sea! Managed to get the camera, tripod and me under the brolly meaning only the backs of my legs and ass got wet... I was looking for flat grey cloud but the rain put pay to that and things started to clear out on the horizon. Had a go at a couple of shots, pretty pleased with the results, maybe worth a return trip once the sun makes an appearance.
