Hank and Jim's Neighbor - Spectacular Awning Fail
(Non-Related Update: Typing slow because I injured one of my fingers.... I found more records - at least 15 to 20 more. Will classify, add to list, and correct some glaring spelling errors whenever I get a chance. Late tonight? Wee hours of the night? Sometime Sunday? Anyone? Bueller?) 3:45 AM on the West Coast - 6:45 on the East Coast, from the Hank and Jim Radio Network studios, where approximately 9 hours ago, the snow accumulated so much, that the awning of their long-suffering neighbor, "Mr. 555", collapsed in the late evening, due to the snow that piled up on it. (Yeah, I'm still up... still on cam... still pointing to the fail in the big window - Still having a jolly good time.... I need my own radio show online....) When daylight broke, Jim Nazium captured images with the remote unit. No, I still have not gone to sleep. ("Please get to bed, Raider3!") - In due time... I think we're done for a few hours... (And for some strange reason, I was compelled to research the history of Taito's "Darius" video game series... I like shoot-em-ups.... old school video games all the way...) Adventures in store for Saturday.... Raider3 continues onward... (And in case there are some people who don' t believe in the dead coming back to life -- I just woke up about 10 minutes ago - 30 minutes ahead of schedule. (9:00 am PST) The trick is now just getting going with the day's events.)
I've noticed that some newer buildings in Montreal are starting to emulate something I remarked on in Madrid... There are suddenly structures like this odd awning or open cover on the tops of buildings. In Madid they were stacked like on a wedding cake and in fact in another photo I'll post later the same type of structure was set up on the corner roof top of this building. I'm not sure of the purpose.. perhaps there's an open terrace up there or a rooftop garden... well it's different anyways.
