Coaches Meetings
Friday, June 23rd, 5:15 PM in Gilmore Hall (Segundo).

Miscellaneous Information
• Report all scratches at Friday night’s coaches’ meeting.
• Competition will take place in Four-Person Teams.
• Athletes on a team must be wearing the same uniform.
• Final schedules for Saturday will be handed out at Friday night’s coaches’ meeting.
• Final schedules for Sunday will be available in HQ (Regan Main) Saturday evening (see timing notes below).

Saturday, June 24th

7:30am Volunteer Registration
7:45am Team Registration, Officials & Volunteer Meeting
8:00am Head Coaches’ Meetings

*Sunday’s final schedule will be posted on this site, it can also be picked up between 7:00pm-7:45pm at the ARC Pavilion (HOD Meeting in the Special Events Room on Floor Level) or at Games Headquarters (Regan Main) on Saturday evening between 9:00pm – 11:00pm.

General Venue Information
  1. Jeans are not allowed.
  2. Players are not permitted to play without shoes. Open toed shoes and sandals are not allowed.
  3. Sunscreen and hats are strongly recommended, as shade is limited.
  4. Teams & spectators may bring tents but must respect the venue’s layout. Provided seating and shade will be for registered athletes, coaches and volunteers only, so please encourage spectators to bring chairs for themselves.
  5. Court area is restricted to registered athletes, coaches and volunteers. Spectators must stay on the outer perimeter of the court area. A designated viewing area will be available on the grass, but chairs will not be provided.
  6. Coaches are not permitted to coach during game play. Only athletes from the two competing teams are able to coach their team members.
  7. Water will be available around the courts.

Schedule Breakdown

 

  • The Red Pool and the Blue Pool are made up of the top 9 teams based on leveling and regional results.

  • The Green Pool and the Yellow Pool are made up of the next 9 teams based on leveling and regional results.

  • The Orange Pool and the Purple Pool are made up of the next 8 teams based on leveling and regional results.

 

Structure- Red Pool and Blue Pool

 

  • On Saturday, each team will play the other teams in their pool one time for a total of 3-4 games ( Round Robin)

  • After the Round Robin games, the top 2 teams  from the Red pool and the top 2 teams from the Blue Pool will advance into Division A for Sunday’s competition. This gives Division A a 4-team division.

  • After Round Robin games, the bottom 2 teams from the Red Pool and the bottom 3 teams from the Blue Pool will advance into Division B for Sunday’s competition. This gives Division B a 5-team division.

  • On Sunday, teams will Round Robin within their division for a total of 3-4 games and will be awarded accordingly.

  • Saturday’s records will not count towards Sunday’s results or awards.

  • Throughout the weekend, each team, will play 6-8 games.

 

Structure- Green Pool and Yellow Pool

 

  • On Saturday, each team will play the other teams in their pool one time for a total of 3-4 games ( Round Robin)

  • After the Round Robin games, the top 2 teams from the Green Pool and the top 2 teams from the Yellow Pool will advance into Division C for Sunday’s competition. This gives Division C a 4-team division

  • After the Round Robin games the bottom 3 teams from the Green Pool and the bottom 2 teams from the Yellow Pool will advance into Division D for Sunday’s competition. This gives Division D a 5-team division.

  • On Sunday, teams will Round Robin within their division for a total of 3-4 games and will be awarded accordingly.

  • Saturday’s records will not count towards Sunday’s results or awards.

  • Throughout the weekend, each team, will play 6-8 games.

 

Structure- Orange Pool and Purple

 

 

  • On Saturday, each team will play the other teams in their pool one time for a total of 3 games ( Round Robin)

  • After the round robin games, the top 2 teams from the Orange Pool and the top 2 teams from the Purple Pool will advance to Division E for Sunday’s competition.

  • After the round robin games, the bottom 2 teams from the Orange Pool and the bottom 2 teams from the Purple Pool will advance to Division F for Sunday’s competition.

  • After the Round Robin games, the pool will be split into 2 divisions, Division E and Division F.

  • On Sunday, teams will Round Robin within their division for a total of 3 games and will be awarded accordingly.

  • Saturday’s records will not count towards Sunday’s results or awards.

  • Throughout the weekend, each team will play 6 games.


OTHER NOTES

* Venue Director may adjust divisions for Sunday at their discretion.
* Sunday’s Competition Schedule will be based on results from Saturday, and will be available online or can be picked up between 7:00pm-7:45pm at the ARC Pavilion (HOD Meeting in the Special Events Room on Floor Level).
* Games on Sunday will start at 8:15am. Registration begins at 7:45am.
