Welcome & Keynote Speaker: Ron Clark from Ron Clark Academy (8:00 to 10:30)

Known to many as "America's Educator," Ron Clark is the 2000 Disney American Teacher of the Year, a two-time New York Times Bestselling author, the subject of a television movie and the founder of The Ron Clark Academy. Ron is regularly featured on network and cable television (The Today Show, CNN and Oprah,) and was dubbed by Ms. Winfrey as her first "Phenomenal Man."

 

After the keynote, there will be sessions of varying lengths that focus on personalized learning, technology integration, content connections & integration, inquiry & exploration, developing critical thinkers and problem solvers, and leadership around math, science, literacy, and foreign language.  

 

During the conference, schedule time with a team or by yourself to meet for 20-30 minutes with speakers and experts to discuss your issues and ask questions in the Collaboration Cafe.

Opening Keynote speaker: Caitlin Tucker, Blended Learning

Catlin Tucker is a Google Certified Teacher, bestselling author, international trainer, and frequent Edtech speaker, who currently teaches in Sonoma County where she was named Teacher of the Year in 2010.

 

In the morning, there will be three sessions focusing on personalized learning, technology integration, content connections & integration, inquiry & exploration, developing critical thinkers and problem solvers, and leadership around math, science, literacy, and foreign language.
