News for G2d persons
Because your little subgroup is so small, there really is no news specific to it.  However, I believe that your subgroup was created for the first time several months back, recognizing both that you have shared marker value oddities at marker DYS464 as well as having each other as the nearest matches to overall marker values.

In January we officially added a new G2a2 category, characterized by having the L223 mutation.  We moved quite a number of persons into subsections of this this new category.  It is rather important to determine the status also of your subgroup with regard to L223.  If you also have it, we will add you as a new subgroup of L223 and abolish the G2d category.

So anyone who volunteers to test L223 for $29 would be much appreciated. You might want to read the news section for G2a2 to see that is happening with that subgroup.

As mentioned in the general news section, if you are willing to better define your grouping, I will be glad to give individual recommendations and help. rayhbanks@cox.net.
