  • Proof of student card (full time enrollment) must be provided at the time of registration to obtain Student Registration rate*
  • The amounts listed above are inclusive of GST
  • Each paid registration covers only one paper.
  • A second paper from the same author can be published and presented at the conference if the author has paid the registration fee AND the extra paper charge.
  • All fees are in Australian Dollars
  • Conference registration fee includes:
    1. Welcome Reception,
    2. Conference Dinner,
    3. Morning and afternoon teas, and lunches (two days).

Confirmation of Registration

Registration will be confirmed via email upon receipt of payment; the confirmation letter is also a tax invoice. Please check your confirmation letter/tax invoice when you receive it and advise us immediately of any changes by email:


Cancellations must be advised in writing before October 15; there is a AUD $150 cancellation fee per registration. After that date, refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances, but substitute delegates will be accepted.
