Instructions and Template for Preparation of Papers
Full papers in English with details of affiliation and email address of the first or corresponding author are to be submitted before 15 July 201131st July, 2011 using the CMT website (see instructions below)
Follow the "ICMT2011 Paper Submission Instructions" guidelines which is available from the "Downloadable Files" link.
Papers will be peer reviewed and notice of acceptance will be sent by email to the corresponding author before 15th August, 201131st August, 2011.
Final/camera ready papers must be submitted in PDF format on or before 30th August, 201115th September, 2011.
The details of the paper format and parallel session shall be indicated in the notice of acceptance.
Authors should use the template downloadable below to format the papers.
Each paper must be between 4-6 pages in length

Authors wishing to submit a paper after the Call for Paper closing date
The conference committee will happily consider conference papers after
the Call for Papers closing date. If you wish your paper to be considered for
the ICMT2011 conference, please email us your paper as a PDF attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com If your paper is accepted, we will upload it manually on your behalf.

Publication of Accepted Papers
Excellent papers would be awarded and recommended for publication in the International Journal of Intelligent Mechatronics and Robotics (IJIMR), and the International Journal of Automation Technology (IJAT). The acceptance of papers would be decided based on reviewing process.
