Andrew built the track, and always wants a "tunnel" or "arch" for the train to go under. So we built this one out of Legos. I thought that the little golf flag on top gave it a 'castle' feel. And Andrew decided it needed a "dinosaur"--which is what the alligator on top is supposed to be.
