Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings. Papers are invited reporting original results and experience. Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. The publications of this workshop will be IEEE Computer Society Proceedings (EI, ISTP, and INSPEC indexed).

Papers must be clearly presented in English. Papers must not exceed 15 pages with free layout style, including tables and figures. Only PDF or MS Word format will be accepted in the submission system. Submission of a paper should be regarded as a commitment that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will register and attend the workshop to present the work.
