This is a new item made of solid hardwood. This is a great / sturdy shelf unit with 3 tiers! These make great gifts! They also work well in closets as shoe racks or in the bedroom. This rich cappuccino stain will blend in with your furniture and make a beautiful accent piece. Great for holding books, CD's, artwork, and plants. Fits in nicely in almost every room in the house -- great in the kitchen, den, living room, bedroom, etc. We also have this in cherry stain! The dimensions are: 30" x 12 1/2" x 36"H They are built for normal household use, however, there are ways to secure them in place. We do not provide any hardware for securing the furniture. Previous customers have found ways to bolt them down. Feel free to call for suggestions.
