Day #17~ 08/17/08~ Remembering my Vitamins.....
I have decided that starting today, I am faithfully going to take my vitamins again and also start a regular exercise routine. I am hoping that this will help me to keep off the few pounds that seem to creep back on, and also help to exercise and stretch my back. If I could ease some back pain, that would be great, as I believe in natural ways and try to stay away from the doctors as much as possible. I have to put the vitamins in a 7day pill container, because if I don't there is even less chance of me remembering to take them. On the exercise note: I don't mind exercising, it's the waking up early that I have to do in order to exercise that I mind. I am not a morning person and I have to wake up around 6am or so in order to have time in the morning. At night I like to try and get a little more in, after little man goes to bed. You see I have a 2yr old, who must be in the middle of what I am doing at all times...LOL And honestly, I like to spend time with him doing fun things, not making him watch Mama work out.
