All right, so I'm done with the hunt. Funny it was this item that took me so long, considering I knew just what to do for it the moment I saw it. My friend Tim is always concoction silly (and sometimes awesome) ideas. This was one of them. Over the last summer he decided that chocolate and bacon should go really well together. Salt and sweet, you know? So he hatches this plan, marketing at all, designs this great packaging (because this has got to be one of the most unhealthy snacks ever), and then makes up a batch. Which we all reject. So sad. But at least there's cool packaging. And a spot in MSH. The back of the packaging reads: "Chocolate Covered Bacon Pieces are perhaps the least health concious thing you can eat. Each time you take a delicious chocolate-y bacon-y piece from this bag, you take your life into your own hands. The FDA had to try twice to measure the caloric content. The first time their machine exploded. Seriously. We had to pay for it. It is highly recommended that you eat this snack sparingly. They wouldn't even let us into the food pyramid. Unless of course you're on an Atkins diet, in which case there is no bread used in the production of this snack, and you can knock yourself out. " There is also a remark telling you that this stuff is pretty bad percentage-wise if you base it on a 2000 calorie diet., but if you up your caloric intake enough, you can make the percentages negligible!
