Without a doubt, there are plenty of weight loss books and guides on the market. This one is a bit different. I found a way to lose LOTS of weight in a healthy way, without the hardships of endless dieting and exercising.

While diet and exercise are strategic to any weight loss program, I have managed to lose 60 pounds without any type of organized diet program, without sacrificing the foods I love (yes, I have eaten ice cream and pizza throughout), plus due to back pain I was experiencing in the midst of this journey, I was also able to achieve my goal without exercise. The simple and easy to follow tips gained from first hand experience can help you achieve a quality of life you have only dreamed about before. Whether you have 10 or 100 pounds to lose, what I have discovered can help you lose weight, and quite possibly have a great impact on your life.
