Recent posts

You can keep track of a list of Recent posts from an Announcement Page on a Web Page. To do this, choose Insert>Recent posts.






Choose the page you would  like to Show posts from: the drop down  menu. Choose the Post length, Number of posts to display, Add an intro post to your announcements, decide if you'd like to include a border and a title. Click Save.You'll be edit these choices in the Properties area of the box. 

You will be able to align the text box and choose to have text wrap on or off. Under Properties, you change the Post length, Number of posts to display, Add an intro post to your announcements, decide if you'd like to include a border and a title. Click Save.


As with all Inserts, you will not be able to see the view users will see until youSave your page.

Recently updated files

This feature will help you keep track of changes made to files stored on a File Cabinet page.
Choose the page you would like to get the updates from. 
Select the Number of files to show, and decide if you'd like your display toInclude a border and title. Select Save.

You'll notice that the content does not show in the Edit mode. Once you Save, you will be able to see the page as any viewer will.









Recent List Items

This gadget will help you keep track of changes made to lists created on a List Page.

Text Box

You can insert a Text Box.
Give it a title and enter text as you would in any text box. Once you chooseSave, your text box will appear on your page. You can then choose to align it, choose to have text wrap,  and edit the Properties.

You'll notice that the content does not show in the Edit mode. Once you Saveyour page, you will be able to see the page as any viewer will.








More gadgets...

This choice gives you a  number of gadgets created by Google and third-parties. Select the type of gadget you want to insert by clicking the links on the left side or by doing a Search. Select a gadget, and click OK to save. If you'd like to first check how the gadget looks in your site, click Preview Gadget.
