There may possibly still be a radiator leak--he doesn't have much faith in the stuff he put in to patch it, but the next step is to buy another one, and really, how much money are we going to pour into this thing? (Answer: As long as it continues to cost less than it would to buy a better one.) (Which means we are keeping this thing FOR EV ER.)
