i always admired the charm bracelets my mom had, so i decided to start my own. i will still eventually inherit my mom's bracelets someday (lets hope not TOO soon!) but in the meantime i wanted one that had little trinkets i enjoyed. some of the trinkets i bought new, others were earrings or necklace pendants that i didn't really use for that purpose that i thought fit better here, and others were found items.

These are really from a consignment shop/antiques store. But they were only $2 each!! The necklace is an engraving on something... I dunno what. Whale bone? Plastic? I was so happy to find the charm bracelet! It's definitely not silver... I think it's just silver-plated. All the charms are hollow. It's kind of sad, in a way, though... I wonder who its previous owner was.
