Pork loin with orange-flavored rice and zucchini
Marinated pork loin with zucchini, both roasted on the grill by Jay, served with orange-flavored cashew/raisin rice. The rice was an experiment of mine. It was really good, but next time I will put less OJ and more water as it was a bit too sweet (due to the raisins). Might add some sauteed onions to it, as well. All in all, a very nice meal!
Rubbed, Roasted Pork Loin
I combined turmeric, granulated garlic, oregano, mustard powder, ground cumin, ground ginger, a bit of adobo and black pepper for the dry rub on these pork loin pieces.
