This is to answer a few questions I've gotten (prompted from another couple of photos of my supplement stockpile) regarding my daily intake/nutrition. I appreciate the interest and respect the efforts people are making toward cranking out a better, healthier body and physique.

I eat 5-6 times a day - every 2-3 hours - about 300+/- calories per meal. Each meal is meant to pack quality nutrition into each one... no room for garbage when you're doing this, but that's okay.

Here's today's lineup:

3 Hormel "Ready in 90 seconds" meals.
1 Two-fillet Gorton's Grilled Fish Fillets
2 EAS Myoplex Deluxe Meal Replacement Powders
1 Banana for that little extra when I need it.

Depending on which Hormel meals I choose and whether I make my Myoplex with water or skim milk it all comes in at around 1,800-2,200 calories. It also makes for a stellar balance of carbs and protein... good for keeping muscle mass but getting the bodyfat down. If I'm in mass (muscle)-building mode I'll add another 300-400 calories to the mix... usually tucked somewhere into the post-workout recovery meal (another Myoplex w/ skim milk) and/or pre-workout meal with a few more carbs (for much-needed energy).

Those Hormel meals are magic... great variety, protein and carbs in good proportions, 90 seconds in the microwave, and ready-to-go. My wife buys them for me by the ton.

With the variety and how delicious this all is (don't forget how decadent the Myoplex chocolate or strawberry MRPs are!)... I can follow this lineup for quite some time - and it's good for my body.
