My First Attempt at Inari Sushi
These are SO easy to make! I highly suggest visiting justhungry.com for the recipe, or if you're interested in learning about freezing these or a lower calorie version with brown rice, justbento.com. All it really involves is buying a can of Inarizushi no moto and filling the tofu skins (which already have a hole in them) with sushi rice. The truth and nothing but the truth! ^__^ My can contained 16 tofu skins, and I only needed about 1.5cups of rice to fill, so I used the rest of the rice in onigiri (yes, using sushi rice in onigiri doesn't make em sushi :P). Made from brown rice tortillas! Just the tortillas into wedges, spray with a bit of olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder and salt. A couple minutes at 400 F in the toaster oven (watching carefully, then brown really fast) and you're all set to eat a bowl of guacamole! ...not that I ate the whole bowl or anything.
