Caesar Porter, and wife Chloe lived in Plymouth. He was not taxed, and the only mention of him found is the record of the birth, of "a copy of his sire in face and gesture" as well as name and color. "Caesar Porter and Chloe, his wife, had issue, Caesar Plymouth, free born at Plymouth, April 22, 1775."
