  • What is included in the rent?
    •     Winter space heat
    •     Public area electricity
    •     Laundry facility
  • What are the bills for the apartment and how much is it?
    •     Electricity consumed within the apartment
    •     Gas consumed by the stove and hot water (has its own heater in the basement on same gas line as stove)
    •     Utilities should be about $ 70-80 dollars a month for gas and electric, but depends completely upon usage.
    • Water: the building's bills is divided equally among the aprtments. It is due once every three months and is uaully about $ 15-20 per month per head.
    •     Any Verizon / Comcast bills for internet and so on
  • What about Air- conditioning?
    •     AC window units are provided by tenants 
    •     Tenants must have AC units professionally installed
  • Garbage
    •     Tenants need to walk around the block to use the garbage cans
    •     Garbage Cans are always accessible.
  • What about noise? 
    •     This is a quiet building.
    •     Owner and neighbors are sensitive to habitual loud noise
    •     Loud music and other untimely loud noises are not allowed. 
  • What are pet rules?
