Bike as it is today, with the latest upgrades and repairs. Really not all that different from before, but works better. New 203mm brake rotor on the front, replaced the 185mm on the rear with current generation Avid rotor (supposedly a bit less noisy and a bit quicker to shed heat), replaced pads with Jagwire Red Zone pads. Oh, yeah, there's a cat in this picture. Probably cat hair that contaminated the brakes...
