How to lose weight in 7 days - Calorie conversion.
How far would you go to get revenge on the man who raped and killed your little girl? In the tradition of the horror masterpiece The Last House On The Left, this Canadian nail-biter that premiered at Sundance shows a doctor (Claude Legault) kidnapping, tying up and then methodically extracting every drop of justice from the vile criminal he is convinced did that horrific deed. The hostage (a very creepy Martin Dubreuil) begs and pleads and insists he s innocent...only to turn around and boast of his crimes, perhaps in the vain hope that the nightmare will end sooner. But the not-so-good doctor has told his wife and the police and the world he will not relent for seven days.78% (5)

Jaina Lefevre drops down onto one of the boxes, strategically leaving Tau and Portia to sit side by side. Portia Kass gladly dumped her plates of things onto the wooden table, the grease was starting to seep through the cheap paper plates. Once Tau and Portia's takes combined had been laid out there was quite the spread of junkfood. Three corndogs, a bag of popcorn, a candy apple, pink cotton candy in a bag, one funnel cake, and three large sodas, various flavored cokes. Jaina Lefevre is sipping hers and sets it down, looking from one to the other. "You gotta tell me what this stuff is called so's I can tell Mommy. She had t'go work at the Beast." Tau Haalan sat his own supply down, and watched the combined total emerge with a laugh. "I think we may have overdone it." He grins, lookng accross at Jaine. He leans over, offering his hand, "I'm sorry, maam, I never got to shake your hand. What was your name again?" Jaina Lefevre grins at Tau, reaching for another handful of popcorn. "I likes this stuff. Popcorn? Why they call it pop corn?" She looks at Tau. "I'm Jaina." Portia Kass looked over the hill for Damian but they seemed to have lost him enroute. She waited until Tau and Jaina had exchanged pleasantires and then took a seat on the box between them. "Well... the pigeons will have a feast of whatever we don't eat," she said to him and reached out and took hold of one of the corndog's by the end of the stick and handed it to the girl. "Well, cuz it's made from popped kernels of corn... they take the little corn seeds and put them in a pot and when they get reeeeeaaaally hot, they pop! And then we eat them with lots of salt and butter! And that," she pointed at what she'd just handed her, "Is a corndog.. we were talking about that earlier." River Grau runs over as he spots Jaina, "Okay, done talkin' to the person I had'a say hello to.." He looks over at Jaina, shifting his weight from one foot to the other. "How come... How come I heard the mayor say he a in't your Daddy? An' you say he is.. I just. Well, I'm confused 'cause it ain't nice to say those things if he is your Daddy." Sterling Coakes noded his hand, taking the beer from Damian. He drank a few sips, sighing in relief. Silua Mills turns to Sterling as they walk, rolling her eyes at the "honorary title" bit. "The kid once dumped a load of OJ, kid..food things...and heaven knows what else on his best leather boots. They've been best of pals, ever since. It makes me consider if I might get a raise if only I came down with salmonella..." Tau Haalan grins, and converts his hand-shake into a reach for some cotton candy. He pulled off a tuft, and plopped it inot his mouth. "Jaina," he said after he swallowed, "A lovely name for a lovely young lady. I have to say, I'm quite envious of your teddy bear. When I met the mayor, he didnt' give me one." He mused on the thought, "Maybe he's trying to make one big enough." Jaina Lefevre takes the stick and looks at it a moment, then takes a careful bite off the end. She chews it and looks over at River, then at Damian in the distance. "Go ask him. He just said it was okay." She lifts her chin, chewing a little. "I think I like this a little..." Sterling Coakes listened to Silua speak, attempting to understand her. Jaina Lefevre grins at Tau. "He likes my hugs." She watches him eat the cotton candy and reaches out to tug a bit free of the bag, then giggles as it sticks to her fingers. She puts the bite in her mouth and her eyes go wide. Oh yeah..a winner. River Grau nodded to Jaina, believing her. Bestest friends didn't keep secret. Leaning forward, he lays his chin on the counter. "Can't wait till I officially get a Daddy. They give yah stuff? Havin' a Daddy sounds -so- cool Jaina." Portia Kass giggled at Tau's bear comment and reached over for her own corndog. She was starving. She looked back at Jaina, "Well, just give it a try... if you don't like it.. there's plenty more!" Though the corndog was of course the only thing that was even close to nutritious. She watched the girl's expression with the cotton candy and smiled broadly. It was phenomenal to be sitting there with her, enjoying her very first experience of all these things that Portia had grown up with... She suposed she took them all a little for granted. She nodded her head towards the bear, "You know... that's a special bear... it's called a Koala Bear." Jaina Lefevre grins at River. "Uh huh. He giveded me this bear." She looks at Portia. "A ko-la bear? I'll call him Cherry Coke!" She hands the corn dog, minus one bite, to River. "You want it? I don't like it so much." River Grau grabbed the corn dog, scarfing it down as fast as he could. Much. Much. Perhaps all that about not being hungrDay 7: From A Low Angle + Your opinions on your body and how comfortable you are with it.
Already a week? It feels like I've been doing this challenge for forever! Here's my low angle shot. Not sure why I took a picture of my feet (and I only noticed now that my varnish is completely messed up haha!) Anyway it is what it is. Now onto my opinions about my body and such. I kind of touched on this yesterday but I didn't really go into depth. I suppose this is the perfect opportunity to express what I've gone through. I'm not 100% sure when it all started, but I think it was around beginning of high school but I started to really notice my weight, as most girls do when entering high school and joining cheerleading. I wasn't too uncomfortable with myself, but I didn't love the way I looked, at all. I tried to diet, I went as far as restricting (within limit, I never starved myself or binged and purged..) I didn't eat healthily. I never really lost a ton of weight that way, and there was a year when I actually GAINED weight (due to a combination of not working out or moving around aside from practice, and a horrid diet filled with candy and soda) I have gone through ebbs and flows of diets and no diets, working out and being lazy. Recently I went through another bout of working out and dieting and saw very little results. I've also recently (after stopping my diet) realized that I will never be a size zero, nor do I want to be. Because of the synthroid and such I will not lose a ton of weight, and I've found that I have gained a lot of muscle back to my body which I lost from having Grave's Disease. I have come to terms with my body and my weight and i don't have any plans in the future to try to diet. I do however have plans to be healthier with my eating habits and living habits, and if that changes my weight, then so be it. My body isn't the one that's messed up, society's views of my body is the thing that's messed up. [:

Now, stranded together on a deserted isle, Quinn and Robin quickly discover all the perils of paradise. As this mismatched pair find themselves facing danger at every turn, you're sure to find their misfortunes fueling one of Hollywood's most entertaining action-comedy hits in years!Related topics:
The African Queen meets Swept Away in this sometimes labored romantic comedy by director Ivan Reitman. Fortunately, he cast an old pro in Harrison Ford, as Quinn Harris, a South Seas charter pilot who must ferry New York fashion editor Robin Monroe (Anne Heche) from one island to another--a hop that falls flat when they fly into a mammoth storm that causes them to crash on a deserted island. The pair resent and resist each other, until they are forced to team up to escape from the island--and some modern pirates who want their heads. If that part of the story is unconvincing, you can always focus on the smoldering comic chemistry between Heche, who displays strong comic instincts, and the ever-reliable Ford. The script is just an excuse for these two flinty characters to strike increasingly romantic sparks off each other, which is always enjoyable to watch. --Marshall Fine
