Anyone who knows me will agree that this is my main drink of choice, specifically diet Pepsi. I used to make this as an excuse because I was trying to lose weight but lately I have acquired the taste of it so much that a regular one leaves an after taste at the back of my tongue, also considering the fact that I drink like a fish and mathematically, a can of regular soda is around 200 calories multiply it by the the number of cans I drink in a day (clue: a lot!) it'll mean that I get to have a lot of calories that I will never get to burn. About the picture... Taken with a Canon 7D with Tamron 28-75mm 2.8 @ 48mm, 1/3 of a second at f/2.8, ISO 400 without flash... technically. Technically as in, mine did not flash but there was a flash at the table in front of me that helped illuminate the upper part of the photograph creating a really nice effect. Color correction and straightening done using LR3 Beta, applied with a little highlight priority vignetting.

I thought I'd lose more considering yesterday's high calorie burn and low calorie consumption, but this is an honest number. It's first thing in the morning before I've eaten breakfast, but it's also before any workout where I'd mostly lose water weight. Six pounds in two weeks and two days.
