Leading an effort to install water treatment plants in rural India. So far have been involved in over 2000 such installations providing clean drinking water to over 6 million people.

Pioneered a patented technology for the joint treatment of solid and sewage waste. The technology automatically sorts solid waste using a patented hydro-mechanical technology, an combines the organic component of solid waste with the organic component of sewage to in an anaerobic MBR to produce Biogas, a clean renewable energy.

Developed a decentralised approach to waste water treatment using containerised plants based on MBR ( membran bioreactor) technology. Decentralised plants provide an easy and cost effective solution to treat and recycle sewage water.

Proposed the use of Real Options in pricing infrastructure projects in India allowing for the development of a strong secondary public market for spreading infrastructure project risk.
