Refrigerated Air Dryer

refrigerated air dryer
  • (of a vehicle or container) Used to keep or transport food or drink in a chilled condition
  • made or kept cold by refrigeration; "keep the milk refrigerated"; "a refrigerated truck"
  • (refrigeration) deliberately lowering the body's temperature for therapeutic purposes; "refrigeration by immersing the patient's body in a cold bath"
  • (of food or drink) Chilled, esp. in a refrigerator
  • (refrigeration) the process of cooling or freezing (e.g., food) for preservative purposes
    air dryer
  • A compressed air dryer is a device for removing water vapor from compressed air. Compressed air dryers are commonly found in a wide range of industrial and commercial facilities.
  • (Air Drying) Exposing meats and sausages to proper temperatures and humidity conditions to change both flavor and texture for consumption or further processing. Times and temperatures will vary depending upon the type of meat or sausage.
  • (AIR DRYING) Removal of moisture from materials (usually structural wood) using natural circulation rather than kiln drying.

The 2009 Report on Compressed Air and Gas Dryers Excluding Refrigerated and Desiccant Types: World Market Segmentation by City
This report was created for global strategic planners who cannot be content with traditional methods of segmenting world markets. With the advent of a "borderless world", cities become a more important criteria in prioritizing markets, as opposed to regions, continents, or countries. This report covers the top 2000 cities in over 200 countries. It does so by reporting the estimated market size (in terms of latent demand) for each major city of the world. It then ranks these cities and reports them in terms of their size as a percent of the country where they are located, their geographic region (e.g. Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East, North America, Latin America), and the total world market.

In performing various economic analyses for its clients, I have been occasionally asked to investigate the market potential for various products and services across cities. The purpose of the studies is to understand the density of demand within a country and the extent to which a city might be used as a point of distribution within its region. From an economic perspective, however, a city does not represent a population within rigid geographical boundaries. To an economist or strategic planner, a city represents an area of dominant influence over markets in adjacent areas. This influence varies from one industry to another, but also from one period of time to another.

In what follows, I summarize the economic potential for the world's major cities for "compressed air and gas dryers excluding refrigerated and desiccant types" for the year 2009. The goal of this report is to report my findings on the real economic potential, or what an economist calls the latent demand, represented by a city when defined as an area of dominant influence. The reader needs to realize that latent demand may or may not represent real sales.

1.Health Benefit Some types of air coolers, provide comfort to people with allergies and respiratory problems, as well as elderly people and children. Some swamp coolers are ideal for people allergies and other respiratory conditions. These such coolers draw exterior air into the building. Once inside, the air is cooled by evaporation and then circulated. This activity provides a constant supply of filtered, fresh air. This process is different from air conditioning units, which recirculate old air. Air coolers draw moisture into dry indoor air, increasing humidity while lowering the air temperature. 2. Environmentally Friendly. Powered by the natural process of evaporation, evaporative coolers do not rely on extremely large amounts of electricity and chemical-based coolants, like Freon. Swamp cooler can provide energy savings and environmental benefits that can potentially lower your indoor air temperature by as much as 30 degrees Fahrenheit. Swamp coolers use about a quater of the energy used by an air conditioner or central air unit. Even the most complex residential swamp cooler system will uses significantly less energy than an air conditioning unit. 3. Save Money on Your Cooling Bill. If your goal is to save money on your utility bills and reduce your cooling costs, then an evaporative cooler or swamp cooler may be for you. An evaporative cooler, such as the Schaefer Waycool 1/3 HP Oscillating Cooler uses only a quarter of the energy used by refrigerated air conditioners. the cost to operate an evaporative air cooler or swamp cooler is relatively cheaper than other cooling methods. 4. Affordable. An air cooler costs only a fraction of the cost of a central air unit, ranging from $100 for a portable unit to $3,000 for a large industrial unit. Additionally, the low cost of installation, is about half the cost of installing a central air unit. 5. Easy to Install. Because of its simple design, it is fairly easy and inexpensive to install an evaporative cooler. 6. It's Also a Humidifier. Evaporative air coolers also have the ability to humidify dry air, as wet pads are used to cool the air. With this, you will be glad to know that your furniture and fabrics will be kept well moisturized too. This will definitely help maintain the durability and lifespan of your furniture. 7. Easy Maintenance. Easy maintenance is one of the best reasons for getting an evaporative cooler. All coolers come with refillable water tanks which are easily accessible. A full tank lasts about 10 hours. If you require a longer operational period, consider an cooler with a hose connection which continuously supplies fresh water to the cooler. All air cooler filters can be removed and rinsed. Do you need more information to help you make your about evaporative air cooler purchase? Visit the Air Cooler Review Site for information about the top air coolers to purchase, sizing information and other resources.

The 2009-2014 World Outlook for Compressed Air and Gas Dryers Excluding Refrigerated and Desiccant Types
This econometric study covers the world outlook for compressed air and gas dryers excluding refrigerated and desiccant types across more than 200 countries. For each year reported, estimates are given for the latent demand, or potential industry earnings (P.I.E.), for the country in question (in millions of U.S. dollars), the percent share the country is of the region and of the globe. These comparative benchmarks allow the reader to quickly gauge a country vis-a-vis others. Using econometric models which project fundamental economic dynamics within each country and across countries, latent demand estimates are created. This report does not discuss the specific players in the market serving the latent demand, nor specific details at the product level. The study also does not consider short-term cyclicalities that might affect realized sales. The study, therefore, is strategic in nature, taking an aggregate and long-run view, irrespective of the players or products involved. This study does not report actual sales data (which are simply unavailable, in a comparable or consistent manner in virtually all of the 230 countries of the world). This study gives, however, my estimates for the worldwide latent demand, or the P.I.E., for compressed air and gas dryers excluding refrigerated and desiccant types. It also shows how the P.I.E. is divided across the world's regional and national markets. For each country, I also show my estimates of how the P.I.E. grows over time (positive or negative growth). In order to make these estimates, a multi-stage methodology was employed that is often taught in courses on international strategic planning at graduate schools of business.
