[23:36] Liberte Kesten tried to pick him up, drag him to the M.C but she was never the stronges of people. Brushing her fingers over his cheeks she looked adoringly down at his face, body quivering with the knowledge of what was going to happen and how little she could do about it. "DAMN YOU!!!" she screamed, her fist striking the body of her lover, her fiance and friend. "DAMN YOU!! we were supposed to grow old together!!!" she screamed, unable to help the wrenching sobs that bubbled past her lips. "How can I love you forever if you aren't here..." she finally whispered, trying desperatly to stop the bleeding. [23:37] Rhapsody Heartsdale landed behind Libby with a grunt, her trench flapping with the leap she'd taken. She was panting heavily, having responded to the panic button that had sounded the alarm on her phone. She'd gulp in breaths of air. Obviously, she'd been with a client or something to have gotten there so fast. "Libby..w'hat..." she didn't utter another word, instead, running up to Libby to look down at the scene. "is he..." [23:41] Junon Slade 's body jolted at her hit, the gun freeing from his hand and grinding across the cement into the water below with a loud "ploop" sound. He continued to lay there unconscious and barely breathing - his pulse holding steady for the moment as his brain interepreteted her words - but doing nothing for the conscious emobdiment of Slade. The subconscious world that was Slade was fighting with itself - taking in Liberte's words and literally taking them to heart. Salde's face would grow extremely pale at this point - and he would starts to slump more- his body weight pulling him off the ledge little by little. [23:53] Liberte Kesten heard her sister, ears falling flat against her head as she shook it slowly. The picture identical to that of a handful of years back, a young Libby leaning over her parents bodies. "No- NO!! I won't let him be I won't let the curse take him!" she yelled, ripping off her sleeve and knotting it tightly around the others head, the bleeding pretty much stopped. Her bloody hands little help as she tried to cling to him, to keep his weight from falling. But she couldn't, and another shreek escaped her lips as she dove into the fast flowing water after him, searching frantically, despite the frigid chill. "SLADE?!" she screamed, diving under the water once more, tankfully never one to be afraid of the water. [23:59] Rhapsody Heartsdale wrapped her arms swiftly around Libby's waist, grunting as she held Libby back from going after him and risking her own life. "God dam-" she grunted pulling her sister back from t he edge, kneeling down as she embraced her, holding her tightly, regardless of what Libby might do to her. She'd deal with it, jsut like she'd dealt with Libby biting, kicking and scratching her the day she had to drag her away from their dead parent's bodies before they became lost in the rubble of the potential aftershocks. [0:06] Liberte Kesten's fingers bit into pavement as she was drawn back, thrashing and writhing in her sisters grip. "NO!! He was breathing!!" she screamed, trying to knock her sister off of her. "GET OFF OF ME, I have to go after him!" she shouted, a primal snarl echoing from her lips. "I can't let the curse take him! Why don't you understand?" she pleaded, staring at the waves, desperatly trying to peer into the shadows at the bottom, looking for a form, a flicker a sign. "SLAAADDEEE!!!!" came the last, agonized wail as she fell against the ground, rolling herself up into a ball, sobs racking her shoulders. "Why....W-why me, why everyone I l-love..." [0:09] Rhapsody Heartsdale held tight to her sister's form, instantly transported back to that day when their parents had died. Silent tears rolled down her cheeks, helpless to protect her sister, other than to keep her from doing anything rash. "I'm sorry, Libby..." she choked out. It was all too much like that day...that horrible life-alterring day...she held Libby tight, letting her sob, auricles slouched to the sides. "Sorry..." she whispered again, hoping that this time libby would exaust herself out with her crying instead of attacking her. [0:20] Liberte Kesten grew still, tears sliding down her cheeks, as a peice inside her already frail mind snapped away. "You're sorry?" she asked in a soft whisper, ears still flat against her head. "How can you understand what I am going through enough to claim you are sorry?! WHO had to lay beside mom and dad for two days thinking you were dead, WHO came to this god forsaken city to follow your pissant dreams of finding some fuck!" she snappe, hand lashing out to rake against her sisters arm, trying to let her release her. "WHAT DO YOU UNDERSTAND OF LOSS?! it's always me who looses Rhaps, Anyone, everyone if I love them70/365
70/365 "Music is love in search of a word. " -Sidney Lanier No matter where music can be found, it has a strong connection of emotion through each and every one of us. Music can connect with us through past memories, moments in time, heartaches & pain, happiness & joy, etc. I finished homework early and decided to listen through 80% of my old CD's i used to burn before i was able to purchase an ipod and before i was tech savy. It was really fun listening to them all and feeling that connection of the past with certain songs. I listened to a CD that was entirely made for dancing because i discovered a new passion for dance at that time. It was all the songs i heard from dance competitions & etc. There's a cd entirely of songs that connected to my heart which was a big blast from the past because it was songs that were SO 3-4 years ago! I think its amazing how a song can ignite a memory in less than a second. You get taken back to those very moments that you remember with this song or an experience that relates to the lyrics. ahh music (: my passion, my love. without it, i'd be a meloncholy child. no kidding. Kept hydrated all day finished an entire two jugs of that purple waterbottle because my 3rd grade teacher said "Drinking lots of water makes your skin look nice & can even help you lose weight! ." haha (:
DESCRIPTION: Following the success of The Ultimate Smoothie Book, Cherie Calbom offers this diet based on groundbreaking research that proves coconut oil promotes weight loss.Similar posts:
Low-carb diets like Atkins and South Beach are the hottest weight loss programs on the market, but they could work faster and more effectively with the addition of one ingredient: coconut oil. Not only does it boost metabolism and speed weight loss, there is evidence that suggests that adding a small amount of coconut oil into ones daily diet can help lower cholesterol; improve conditions such as diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, IBS, Crohns, and other digestive disorders; enhance thyroid production; and increase overall energy. THE COCONUT DIET offers a 21-day weight loss program and includes a four-week cleansing regimen for readers who want more benefits. With meal plans and more than 70 recipes to help readers put the plan into action, as well as nutritional facts, tips for easy preparation, ingredient explanation, storage suggestions, and many other creative details, readers will learn how to start reaping the benefits of coconut oil today.
A slight variation on the standard low carb theme, The Coconut Diet's biggest strength is the recipes. Author Cherie Calbom (The Ultimate Smoothie Book) includes a wide range of easy, deeply flavorful sauces, soups and condiments that will keep the interest of the pickiest palate while still following the fairly strict limitations of the accompanying diet.
While the ostensible goal is weight loss, many of the chapters concern themselves with the varied symptoms of poor health--low energy, general aches and pains and digestive troubles particularly. Suggestions for feeling better center around cleansing juice fasts, supplements, and colonics, along with a recommendation of adding virgin coconut oil (a saturated fat created with medium-chain triglycerides) to each meal, for a total of two to three tablespoons every day. A healthy fat with a bad reputation, it does have the benefit of helping you feel full during a limited-calorie diet--and if you find that it lives up to the somewhat miraculous claims outlined in the book, so much the better.
Aimed more at folks trying to achieve a point of basic health rather than already active people working towards optimum fitness, many of the chapters shun allopathic health care, claiming that many standard tests aren't up to scratch and that proper diagnosis can be achieved by attending to your symptoms. For readers who are open to looking at a range of possible solutions to their health issues, the naturopathic ideas offered here may well provide assistance--but whether a single tropical oil can measure up to all the claims is something lab scientists and natural nutritionists will argue about for some time to come.
