A few co-workers wanted to try these out so I'm experimenting on the right combination of ingredients to get a decent luther burger that's not overpowering. -1/4 beef patty grilled, seasoned with sea salt and pepper. [300 kcal] -1 slice of provolone cheese [90 kcal] - 2 slices of maple bacon folded [100kcal] -1 fresh glazed donut sliced in half and grilled in butter to act as a bun.[250kcal] -butter [200kcal] The plain glazed donuts worked the best, I tried crullers and other types but they didn' t have the right feel or taste. I plan to slice up the burgers into small chunks for serving since its a big calorie bomb. [850-1000 calories] I couldn't eat all of the above, I sliced into halves for testing. And yes, I ran my fat butt at the gym for 2 hours that day.

Been doing a sorta-HCG diet. No HCG, and I'm allowing myself around 1000 calories a day, instead of 500. No dairy, no sugar, no alcohol, no salt, no starches, no pork, no fat -- it goes on and on. So this has been my breakfast: 4 eggs whites, a handful of strawberries, a handful of spinach, a couple sprigs of lemon balm, a drop of vanilla, a dash of Truvia, and a couple ice cubes = a tolerable smoothie. I think there's a rule about not combining protein and fruit, but whatever. That rule can suck it. The good news, in 5 days, I've lost 5.4 lbs.
