My main dishes have come a long way in 1 month! I have ramped up my veggies and fruits for EACH meal, and eat less grains. I used to hate vegetables. My salads are gourmet now...I use basil (I grew my own) , fennel, fresh lemon, sweet pea sprouts, all kinds of peppers, broccoli, a variety of colorful leafy green leaved lettuces, etc. Its one heck of a tasty mouthful!
