I weighed 93 lbs in high school, 118 my freshman year of college and 132 by senior year. That's when I joined the gym and started eating healthy. In the past several years, I never topped 128. Until, today. Somewhere along the line, I got lazy. Stopped working out. Started eating and drinking like a maniac -- cupcakes, Belgian beer, hot dogs, fried chicken, pizza, mashed potatoes and gravy (and, of course, CHOCOLATE) are my favorites. My mother, grandmother and other family members are diabetic. I'm not. Doing my best to stay healthy and to beat genetics. Today, I weigh 135. By the end of the year, I will not.
