About us

The Sotogrande International Stage School was established in 2016 by a team of professional performing artists and teachers who have extensive experience Internationally and here on the Coast. We have a fresh and exciting approach to teaching students from the age of 6 to 18 years. We are a fully qualified and experienced team of performing artists with extensive experience in attaining the the highest LAMDA examination results. We are also examiners for the Performing Arts, Drama and English, including IB Theatre Studies.

When are the classes?

Every Tuesday 4pm - 6pm Academic term time only.

We are based at the Sotogrande International School Theatre

Are there certificates and qualifications?

Yes, we offer LAMDA examinations for Communication, Acting and Musical Theatre. LAMDA (or the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts) was established over 150 years ago and is recognised Internationally as the leading qualifications in Communication, Music and the Performing Arts. LAMDA alumni include: Benedict Cumberbatch, Richard Harris, Harriet Walter, Jemma Redgrave, Richard Lithgow and Dominic Cooper.

Will we perform in shows?

Absolutely! We love putting on a great show for families and friends. Each year we will put on larger musical theatre shows and smaller showcases of talent, covering all three areas of ability.

Classes are divided into two age categories from 5years to 12 years of age. Our students experience classes in acting, singing , musical theatre and LAMDA performance.


Fees are paid termly in advance and are 200 euros for 10 week terms. A 20% discount is made for siblings.
