Mental Health Resources

Middle school can be a time of change and growth for students both physically and emotionally. Challenges that students might not have faced in the past might arise, or challenges which were less intense in earlier years might become more pronounced. 

This website contains a collection of resources that Ms. Lutz and Ms. Silverstein put together to help navigate some of the most common issues that some of our middle school students may face.  

These resources can be a helpful starting point you, however at times our students may need more support. Our community resources tab contains important information for outside agencies.
