The Family Resource works with Franklin and Lincoln Elementary parents, students, staff and the community to create an environment that empowers students to succeed. The FRC was created as a part of the Kentucky Education Reform Act (KERA). The purpose of the FRC is to enhance students' ability to thrive academically by meeting basic needs. This is accomplished by providing direct services, as well as utilizing available community resources.

All students and families may use the Center's services, regardless of income.

Hours of Operation are 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Monday-Friday (year round). Voicemail is available for after hours by calling 270-586-2026. Arrangements to meet after 3:30 pm can be made upon request.
