Presenting Your Impact
At the culmination of their projects (projects must be completed by the end of April each year), students will present the end-result of their work to their peers, families, school administration and staff, district and community leaders, and Reagan staff at Royal's annual Senior Recognition event. CSI Participants will be guided through an accessible format to prepare, rehearse, and present the impact their work has made within our program.
May - Preparation
Students will meet with the CSI Advisory Team and be guided through the format/outline and other requirements for the final presentation
Students will have the month of May to prepare their presentation (for students taking AP & IB tests in May - the weeks after testing is done provide more than enough time to prepare your presentations)
In late May, a "dress rehearsal" event may take place for students to practice their presentations
The presentation includes a display board (provided to participants by RHS), photos, videos, visuals, models - basically anything that illustrates and highlights the work done and the success of the projects. (Student have creative freedom.)
There are four informational categories required on the presentation. These will be explained and broken down as students are guided through the prep process.

Presentation
Typically on the Monday evening of the last week of school, Royal holds its Senior Recognition Event at The Reagan Library. While this event is for our overall graduating Senior Class award recipients, the CSI Program presentations take place an hour prior. This event is attended by families, peers, community and district leadership, and The Reagan staff.
CSI Participants will create a visual display of their project, the process they took to complete, the impact it made on others, and the growth they have personally experienced as student leaders through participation in our program. Students will present in an expo format at the same time as the other CSI participants. Each individual or group will have the opportunity to interface with attendees and explain the success and benefits of their work.
The CSI Program is open to students in grades 9-12. Students, regardless of grade, will present their project at this event the year they complete the project. However, the CSI Diploma Seal and Challenge Coin will be awarded and affixed to the students' diplomas the year they graduate from RHS.
