I was raised in South Florida. I attended Florida Atlantic University for my undergraduate studies. I moved to Key West, FL full-time after graduating. I have taught 2nd grade and I am entering my 2nd year of teaching going into 1st grade. I enjoy the outdoors, yoga, reading, spending quality time with loved ones and being on the water when I'm not teaching. I am so excited to be a Sailfish!

Hello! My name is Mrs. Rivera.  I am from Puerto Rico.  My family and I moved to Key West 9 years ago.  This is my 6th year at Sigsbee and 5th as the conch class support teacher. I am looking forward to an amazing year alongside Ms. Torres and our conch students.
