Mrs. Carpenter

Hi! My name is Tina Carpenter. I am one of the Kindergarten Teacher's at Signal HIll School. It is my honor and pleasure to be your child's teacher this year. I have been teaching Kindergarten at Signal Hill for 15 years. This will be my 16th year and I'm looking foward to being in person with my fabulous class.

I have truly fallen in love with Signal Hill! It has become my second family. I drive almost 40 minutes each day to get there and it's worth every minute.

I hope this year brings back some normalacy after the past few years. :) My goal as always is to instill a life long love of learning to our little learners. I want them to be safe, happy, and learning!

I am married to George aka "Mr. Carpenter". We will celebrate 15 years in December! We love traveling and hanging out with our friends and family.

Mr. Cool

This is our son JD. We waited a very long time for him to arrive. He will turn 6 in October. :) He is heading to Kindergarten this year too!

Paw Prints on the Heart

This is our Louie! Our spoiled, spunky, and sweet dog. We adopted him about 9 years ago and couldn't imagine our life without him!

Hobbies and Interests

I love making stuff and being creative!

Time with friends and family is super important to me! I love eating, hanging out, listening to music, playing games, and relaxing with the people I love!

Love Baking with my niece. She is into finding and trying new recipes. We usually "almost" Nail It! (Haha) But, it is defintely a fun experience.!

We live on the lake in Holiday Shores. (Edwardsville, IL) This is my view from my window to my backyard!

I LOVE SUSHI!

My other favorites are Hot Fries, Cherry Coke Zero, Fruit, Chicken Wings, Kit Kats, and Haribro Gummies!

I may or may not have an obnoxious amount of cat ear head bands. (Okay I do... don't judge me!)

I have lived in Germany, Japan, and Korea! My father was in the Air Force and we moved around quite a bit!

I went to 3 different High Schools!
