An In-Person Coaching Experience Rooted in Nature

As coaches, we spend a tremendous amount of time online—holding space, listening deeply, thinking expansively through a screen. The Wild Leadership Circle is an invitation to step out of the digital environment and into a living one.

Following the release of "Wild Leadership: What Nature Teaches Us About Adaptability, Resilience, and Intuition," I piloted this The Wild Leadership Circle with leaders ready to reconnect—to themselves, to each other, and to the natural world as a source of insight and perspective. Now, I am bringing this experience to coaches in the Finger Lakes.

This is not a retreat.
This is not a hike with coaching layered on top.

It is a professionally grounded, in-person coaching experience where nature becomes both inspiration and partner in the work.

Why?

Most of our coaching happens in controlled, curated spaces. Nature disrupts that—productively.

When we coach outdoors, we notice more. We listen differently. We access intuition, embodiment, and presence with greater ease.

The Wild Leadership Circle creates space to dissolve the artificial boundary we’ve built between ourselves and the natural world, and to explore what that reconnection offers our coaching practice—and ourselves as practitioners.
