DELETE YOUR VARIS ACCOUNT
If you have the VARIS app installed:
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app. Open VARIS, go to Settings, and select Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
If you don't have access to the app:
Email info@sightiris.studio from the email address associated with your VARIS account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include your account email in the body of the message. We will verify the request and delete your account and data within 5 business days.
WHAT GETS DELETED
- Your account and login credentials
- All workout logs, sets, and training history
- Personal records and badges
- Workout templates and training cycles
- Bodyweight logs
- Any custom exercises you created
WHAT DOESN'T GET DELETED AUTOMATICALLY
If you have an active Varis Meno subscription, deleting your account does not cancel that subscription — it's billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, not directly by us. To stop being charged, cancel your subscription separately:
- iPhone: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
