My name is Valerie Andrews and I am excited to be one of the program educators for the Birth-3 Program in the Schuyler-Industry school district. This program provides a well balanced educational system that promotes child development and will emphasize the role parents have in their child's life. This program provides the following services: a monthly newsletter, parent lending resource library, bi-weekly home visits, parent/child activities , developmental screenings, hearing and vision screenings, and group encounters for parents.
