Our App ("innofulfill") collects precise location data to support core delivery and logistics operations.
Background Collection: Location data is collected even when the app is closed or not in use, provided the delivery agent is in an "Available" status or an active trip is in progress.
Purpose of Collection: This information is used for:
Automated Distance Calculation: To accurately calculate the total distance traveled during a shift for mileage reimbursement and payment processing.
Real-time Trip Tracking: To monitor route progress and provide live delivery status updates to customers and supervisors.
Operational Support: To verify arrival at delivery locations and ensure the safety of our agents during active work sessions.
Data Control: Location tracking only occurs during active work hours. Tracking stops immediately when the user completes their final trip or logs out of the application. We do not use this data for advertising or share it with third-party marketing services.
The App accesses the device camera to allow delivery agents to capture photos related to deliveries, such as proof of delivery or issue reporting.
The camera is used only when the user explicitly chooses to capture an image.
The App allows users to select photos or videos from their device to upload delivery-related proof.
Media is selected using the system photo picker
The App does not scan or access the device gallery automatically
Media access occurs only after explicit user action
